Meet Victoria

VictoriaHi! Firstly I'm really excited to be writing a blog. It's going to be a packed few months for me, which I hope you'll enjoy reading about.

Let me tell you a little bit about me. I'm 17 years old and about to start my second year at college, where I'm studying A-levels. I want to be a journalist in the future and with university just around the corner my dream is fast becoming a reality.

I have many hobbies, such as performing in theatre productions, knitting and playing badminton with my twin sister.

I have been part of guiding for 12 years now, and currently go to a Senior Section unit in Crewe, which only formed a year ago and is growing in size. I love The Senior Section because we all support one another during the stressful examinations, and all have fun together when they are finished.

Despite my heavy studies, I have still had time as part of guiding to gain the Baden-Powell Award, and am working towards my Commonwealth Award at the moment. I'd love to do the Queen's Guide Award because I love travelling the world.

It's sure to be an exciting few months!
